Delete your account

You can delete your Penmark Studio account and its data in two ways. Both are available to every user.

Option 1: Delete in the app

• Sign in at app.penmarkstudio.com.
• Open Settings.
• Choose Delete Account and confirm.

This deletes your account, your manuscripts, your reviews, and your revision history.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email support@penmarkstudio.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We process deletion requests within 24 to 48 hours and confirm by reply when it is complete.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent. If you want a copy of your work first, use the Data Export feature in Settings before deleting your account.
